There are several phone numbers to contact staff for assistance at Perth Children’s Hospital’s Endocrinology and Diabetes Department.
During office hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm) if you need to contact a diabetes educator please call 6456 1111 and select option 2.
Please note that phone calls made to this number go to a message bank where you can leave a message and an educator will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have not received a call back within a couple of hours, please call again (or sooner if the need is urgent).
There is also an email address to contact the Diabetes Triage team for non-urgent matters (emails may take up to three days to respond to as they are presumed to be less urgent): PCHDiabetesTriage@health.wa.gov.au

- PCH emergency diabetes doctor (weekends and after hours): 6456 5993
- PCH switchboard and ask for the on-call endocrinologist: 6456 2222
