DiabHQ App Rollout
We are very excited to let you know that the DiabHQ App is now available to all eligible families in the PCH Diabetes Service.

There are now almost 200 App users and here's what some of them have told us:
- “Easy to navigate and find the phone numbers I need."
- “This app looks amazing”
- “I love the note taking section for appointments to remind myself little questions to ask.”
- “I’ve really been enjoying using the app - the best part is all my daughter’s health information is in one place.”
- “Looks pretty comprehensive and very, very intuitive.”
- “Great that I could log a Triage request in the middle of the night and not have to set a reminder for the morning to call and leave a message.”
Who is eligible to use the DiabHQ App?
To be eligible you will need to have provided consent to participate in DiabHQ. Please speak to your team next time you’re in clinic if you’d like to know more, or you can email support@diabhq.org.au to check whether you’ve already consented if you’re not sure.
How can I download the DiabHQ App?
Within two weeks of you consenting to participate in DiabHQ, an email invitation will be sent to the email address that is recorded for the primary caregiver on the WA Health Patient Administration System. The invitation will be sent from donotreply@diabhq.org.au and includes a link to download the app. For security reasons, the link will remain active for only 7 days.
Who can I ask for help?
If the link expires or you don’t receive an invitation, or if you have any other queries about the DiabHQ App, please email support@diabhq.org.au.
What’s in the DiabHQ App?
The DiabHQ App has been co-designed with consumers and includes a range of functions to support diabetes management, including:
- Access validated resources
