Flu season is here. The Paediatric Influenza Vaccine Program has started at PCH. Available now  to inpatients and children attending outpatient appointments, everyone is encouraged to get the influenza vaccination.ne.

It's that time of year again... the time to get your child's flu vaccination.

A targeted influenza immunisation service is provided each year at Perth Children's Hospital prior to and during the flu season by a dedicated influenza nurse, for our outpatients at the Stan Perron Immunisation Centre. The program will continue until August 9, 2024.

Clinic days:                     Monday to Friday (no appointment required)

  The influenza vaccination is recommended for:

  • All children from 6 months of age till Year 6 of Primary school
  • All Children from 6 months of age with medical co-morbidities
  • All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children from 6 months of age and their families

This is a walk-in clinic, but bookings will also be taken on the above number. We will be prioritising children who are medically at risk. We are available to answer any questions you may have about vaccination.
