  • CGM: From 1 March 2020 the clinical criteria for the CGM initiative will be simplified allowing people with type 1 diabetes aged over 21 who have a valid concession card to access free, life changing glucose monitoring devices. Read more here.
  • ENDIA: The ENDIA study recently received $8.25m from the Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust and JDRF Australia to discover the causes of type 1 diabetes.  For more information on the ENDIA study, visit: www.endia.org.au
  • Our study, published in Diabetes Research and Clinical Practice, looked at sensor use on glycaemic control, finding improvement in glycaemic control is dependent on frequency of sensor use, with higher sensor uptake translating to better glycaemic outcomes. Abstract
