Meet Kelly – the latest addition to the PMH Diabetes and Endocrinology clinic.
We asked Kelly a couple of questions to help to get to know her better.
Job title: Clinical nurse/diabetes educator
Job role: Diabetes education for children newly diagnosed with diabetes and ongoing education and support.
Best part of the job: Building a childhood-long rapport with families and getting the opportunity to watch them grow and develop to become self-managers of their condition.
Favourite food: Pizza (vego)
Favourite TV show: The IT Crowd (so old but so funny)
Coffee or tea? Tea but I always need one morning coffee!
Dog or cat? Dogs!! I have two and foster shelter dogs on a regular basis.
