Join the PCH Diabetes Team as they discuss diabetes in an interactive community session to explore:
- Key differences between type 1 and type 2 diabetes
- Overview of healthy eating and active lifestyle
- Common myths and facts about diabetes
The community session will be held on Saturday 31st of January, 2026 from 12.45pm - 2.30pm, at the Sikh Temple, 280 Shreeve Road Canning Vale.
Languages used will be Punjabi and English, with afternoon tea provided.
The Presenters will be:

- Anu Sharma (Clinical Nurse Diabetes Educator, Perth Children's Hospital.
