Participants Wanted!

We recognise that we can learn a lot from our families. This area of research looks at the reasons why families living with diabetes choose whether or not to participate in research.

The researchers at the Children’s Diabetes Centre are running an online focus group to determine the reasons why people choose to participate or not to participate in clinical research.

Who can participate?

We are looking for adolescents and young adults with type 1 diabetes aged 13-25 years and parents of children with type 1 diabetes to participate in these focus groups.

What does participation involve?

An online focus group will be conducted with small groups of adolescents, young adults and parents.

How can I find out more?
