Perth Children's Hospital's upcoming diabetes self-efficacy group has availability for children with type 1 diabetes aged five to 10 years.
The group is designed for children who would like support for the ongoing adjustment to a type 1 diabetes diagnosis and is a great way to connect with likeminded people.
The four sessions will be run on alternate Mondays starting October 21, 2019.
